We gladly accept returns and cancellations:
Of course we hope you'll love your new piece but if there's something wrong please contact me within 3 days of delivery.
Returns need to be shipped back within 7 Days of delivery.
If you need to make a cancellation, contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
We don't accept exchanges:
But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of custom or personalized orders, we can not accept returns or exchanges on these items unless damaged or defective.
Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in it's original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
