We gladly accept returns and cancellations

Of course we hope you'll love your new piece. But if, for some reason, you're not completely happy please contact us at casey@aquacherry.com within 3 days of delivery.

Items must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery.

For any cancellations, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase.

We don't accept exchanges

But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

Due to the nature of custom or personalized items, we can not accept returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in it's original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
